If your book has not arrived

This is the problem I hear about most, and it is usually a delivery issue. Before writing, check your spam folder and promotions tab. That is often where the message ends up.

If it is still missing, reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart and I will send the files by hand.

Refunds

Every purchase has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart within 7 days of buying. If a file will not open or a payment was taken twice, reply to the same email. Terms
